Acceptable use policy
Version 2026-10-28 · Last updated: October 28, 2026 · Version française
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Quickster AI Terms of Service. It applies to you, your staff and anyone using your account. If you break it, we may turn off the AI or texting, or suspend or end your account, right away and without a refund (Terms, sections 14 and 20).
You must not use Quickster AI to:
- Break the law, including privacy, call-recording, consumer protection, human rights and anti-spam laws (such as PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25 and CASL), or help anyone else do so.
- Telemarket or spam: make outbound sales calls, robocalls, autodialed calls or marketing campaigns, send bulk or unsolicited texts, or break the CRTC Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules or the National Do Not Call List rules.
- Handle emergencies: present the Service as a way to reach 911 or emergency, crisis or safety help, or use it for alarm monitoring, crisis lines or other uses where a missed or wrong call could put someone's life, health or safety at risk. It cannot contact emergency services.
- Give professional advice: set up the AI to give medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, or to make diagnoses or promises a licensed professional would have to make.
- Collect sensitive information: ask callers for payment card numbers, banking details, Social Insurance Numbers, health card numbers, passwords or detailed health information, unless we've agreed in writing.
- Deceive callers: remove or hide the AI and recording disclosure, pretend the AI is a person, impersonate any person or business, spoof caller ID, or mislead callers about prices, products or who they're dealing with.
- Harass or harm: threaten, harass, discriminate against or abuse anyone, or share hateful, sexually explicit, violent or illegal content.
- Get around opt-outs: ignore or work around STOP replies or other unsubscribe requests.
- Commit fraud: including scams, phishing, collecting information under false pretences, or toll fraud (for example, pumping calls to premium or international numbers).
- Abuse the Service: overload it, try to get unauthorized access, test its security without our written permission, copy, resell or reverse engineer it, share account access outside your business, or abuse free trials (for example, signing up more than once).
- Infringe rights: use content (such as greetings or music) you don't have the right to use.
What we may do
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, turn off the AI or texting, suspend or end your account, and report illegal activity to the authorities, as set out in the Terms of Service. You are responsible for any fines, claims or costs caused by a violation (Terms, section 18).
